1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the babu8 platform and all its services. By using babu8's website, application, or any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use any babu8 services. By registering or creating an account on the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements and Age Limit

To use babu8's services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must operate the account in your own name and for yourself.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

When opening an account on babu8, you must provide accurate and truthful information. babu8 has the right to cancel any account created with false information and to confiscate any deposited funds.

3.2 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. You will be personally responsible for any activity that occurs on your account. Sharing your account details with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

One person may only use one babu8 account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses and unearned benefits will be cancelled.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on babu8: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳300. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

The name of the depositor and the account name must match. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

• The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawal.
• Identity verification is mandatory for the first withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

babu8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Specific terms and conditions apply to each bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the bonus amount becomes withdrawable after placing bets totalling 15 times the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be used on specific games mentioned in that promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred from one account to another.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• babu8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

6 VIP Program and Cashback Policy

babu8's VIP program has a total of 5 levels. Weekly cashback and special benefits are provided at each level:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher levels through regular play. babu8 reserves the right to modify VIP levels and benefits. Cashback is processed every Monday.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

babu8 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. All games are operated following SSL encryption and fair play principles.

• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a game is strictly prohibited.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software is prohibited.
• Colluding with multiple individuals to gain an advantage is prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit a technical error will result in the relevant winnings being cancelled.

If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, babu8 reserves the right to refund the wager amount for that bet. babu8's decision in such cases is final.

• Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform's software.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Operating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or gain advantages.
• Threats, harassment, or inappropriate conduct.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Reproducing or distributing any platform content without prior permission.

If any of the above prohibited activities are carried out, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be confiscated. Legal action may be taken where applicable.

9 Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining withdrawable balance before the account is closed.

9.2 Closure at babu8's Initiative

babu8 may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information.
• Compliance with legal obligations or regulatory directives.
• Extended period of inactivity.
